STEP 1. CHOOSING YOUR PRODUCTS
Select your product type by using the left hand menu. Lenses can be ordered according to a wearing schedule. eg. 3 months supply or by the box. Please use the links at the top of each page to choose how you prefer to order.
Once you have identified your lenses, select the quantity and press Add to basket. This step can be repeated for each product you require.
When you have finished shopping, you may login or register as a new customer.

STEP 2. PERSONAL DETAILS
When you register you will be asked to provide some basic information about yourself. Get Lenses will not pass any of your information on to third parties.

STEP 3. SHIPPING DETAILS
You will need to complete this form if you wish to receive your order at a different address from that provided with registration.

STEP 4. PRESCRIPTION DETAILS
You will be asked to provide your prescription information and optician details for each product type ordered. This section can be left blank if you are unsure of the details.
Prescriptions can be scanned and e-mailed to info@getlenses.com or faxed to one of the following numbers:

If you do not have a copy of your prescription, we will be happy to contact your optician to confirm the details. We will only do this with your permission.

N.B. Due to changes in the rules governing prescriptions in Ireland, we can no longer contact Irish opticians on your behalf. You will need to obtain a written copy of your contact lens prescription and send it to us using one of the methods above.

STEP 5. PAYMENT PROCESS
Get Lenses will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Laser, Solo or Switch. All transactions are securely encrypted using SSL during transmission and information sent in this way cannot be intercepted.
